Sleep under canvas, cook under the stars, chill out completely!

The Glamping Orchard provides an opportunity to relax and recharge in complete comfort without all the trouble and tussle of traditional camping.

Belle has been lovingly decorated inside with thoughtful touches and can sleep up to 2 adults. We have taken the hassle out of camping and offer you ‘Glamorous Camping’ a stress-free way to get close to nature, without having to pack your car with camping paraphernalia, put a tent up and then take it down in the rain. Instead start your stay as you mean to go on, relaxed and hassle-free.

Immerse yourself in a simpler way of living in our cosy Bell Tent. Sleeping under cotton canvas is a revitalising experience. Measuring 3 metres in height and 5 meters diameter they are no means small, offering a perfect space for a couples retreat.

Inside your tent, a double bed with proper mattress is made up with luxurious bed linen and two single futon chairs to relax in. Hot water bottles and blankets are available to snuggle up to.

You will also find a plentiful selection of rugs, cushions and lighting and a wood burning stove which will keep the tent warm in all weathers, providing you with maximum comfort. A basket of logs and a fire starting kit will be complimentary and more can be purchased for a small fee from our honesty hut.

Your Private Facilities

The large area outside has table and chairs which is covered by an awning, creating a shelter from the elements. Your private space within the orchard has a fire pit which doubles up as a BBQ and BBQing tools are provided.

Your private kitchen hut is fully equipped and comes with a double burner gas stove and grill, along with all essential cooking utensils and crockery. A condiment selection of coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper are complimentary and a cool box with ice packs that you can replenish from our freezer at any time are also provided.

We can also provide breakfast, BBQ meals and rustic picnic hampers, that can be pre-ordered in The Glamping Orchard welcome pack.

Bathing

A short walk from your tent is your own private bathroom and comprises of a wood-fired shower and sink and separate compost toilet.

Warmth and Glow

A log burner will keep you snug inside and tea lights and fairy lights will create the mood.

Relaxing

Go for long walks, sit back and relax, watch the wildlife, explore the nearby orchards, or just chill taking in the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, light candles, bask in the heat of the fire, swap stories, and enjoy each other’s laughter.

Dogs

We understand that your dog is part of your family and being surrounded by countryside and many idyllic paths, why would you leave him behind? Belle has a secure area where dogs can roam freely and dog bowls and a waterproof bed are provided. There is a small charge for one dog £25, and £35 for two.

Notes

When you arrive and park your car Belle is sited 85 meters up in the orchard. The ground is flat with no steps. There is a step onto the decking and also steps are leading to the private bathroom.

Belle is a truly  dog-friendly environment with an added bit of romance and luxury too – perfect for couples, friends and families.
